The deal was that to sell the car they both had to agree, my uncle would get the 5000 he put into it and anything after that was to be split 50/50. They agreed the car was never to be sold for a profit, say one person bought a house and needed the money…too bad. well he sold it to get the RV. My dad never planned to let it leave the family, when my uncle was ready to sell he was just gonna buy him out and that would be it. MY grandma is pissed cause that was a family car, it was bought with business money and every brother had a hand in the restoration. It was more like a part of the family than just property my uncle thought was his.
update: well he’s shoveling the shit claiming he’s gonna buy the car back now. now its just a wait and see what the next move is. He kept hanging up on my dad like a little bitch. My dad told him that HE better get the wheels back that were on his 69 GTX, his spare polyglass GT, the owners manual that was in his 69 gtx and the giant stuffed roadrunner. my uncle said he had the manual and the stuffed road runner and my dad said “you are two items short”

here is a pic of a 1969 GTX, the road runner looked exactly like this except it had the six barrel hood (all black fiberglass with scoop). The car was this color, black top, black interior and mopar rally wheels.
