I need a lawyer in cattaragus and when it happened I was 17, but by the first day of court I was 18. The PD lady said since my dad makes $40,000 its too much for their public defenders, but I don’t think she knew I was 18. I’d call now but there barely even there. Will being 18 make a difference? ---

I would start by picking up the phone book and calling one. Legally speaking a car forum may not give you the most accurate advice. ---

Well thanks I almost forgot to put on my makeup, and ya I have a job. I sold some stuff online to get money and my dad has a cell phone. I’m fixing my car this weekend. Theres like one bus that goes out to elma 3 tims a day, I geuss being unaware of this is a crime …shit I’ll need another lawyer for that. For whoever posted I’ll give a lawyer place a call tomorrow thanks. ---
