It’s just a waste of money to try and get employees motivated to do more and better work…
But they pretty much never work because why is someone gonna get motivated for a stupid job that they hate anyway and don’t wanna be at, but have no choice because they can’t make money any other way…
If you see yourself really rising up in this company, go for it… but if you don’t and you want out, it’s a waste of time for you.
I think it’s really stupid to even try to rise up in companies. Work towards yourself, invest money in yourself and go into business for yourself. Corporate is a true pyramid…
If you do go, make sure you have an open mind :gotme:

if this place was popular enough and well known then maybe it would just be good for a resume. but if its a small and obscure company i wouldnt do it.
