# Left signal light and yellow bumper light 240sx 95

I need to change those and I was wondering how to process. I have remove a screw that seem to be the only one thats holds the light on but seems that there is something that is blocking the way. I see a plastic thing that seems to be connected with the other lights. For the yellow light, can get tru the the plastic under my fender, do I need to remove my bumper to get this one changed ??? Thx, needs the info asap since I have a inspection tomorrow …
