1.) Decriminalizing is best way. places are already doing it. towns in colorado where it is decriminalized, you can smoke a blunt(only if you have less than 2 OZs in it or ur person) in front of local popo, but state comes, you gotta hide it. 2.) states will never legalize it, UNLESS, national does first, which would take until my generation or after is in congresss runnin shiāite for that to happen.
3.) Legalizing completely will only feed people like Giambra(both the green and the bean) who will tax the bejeezus out of it to profit from it and eventually weaken/ destroy the potentsy creating a ālegal budā which sucks and is overpriced/doesnt work, because it will be cheaper/easier to reproduce
4.) legalizing it completely would ultimately ruin it

However, i dont mind going to whistler to legally enjoy the delicious nectars of some excuisite budulars.

uh, NO. u been to amsterdam? The friggin bud there is WAY better than anything around here, this is fact. and dont say i must not have got the good shit from around here, cause i get prolly some of the best. most of the bud in amsterdam has a 21% THC content, most of the **best** shit here is 14% or below so theres a HUGE difference

I disagreeā¦ if it were legal, almost every smoker would have a hydo system running in their basement :Pā¦ long as itās done right, it just keeps getting better.
Iād bet that youd see less and less swag around and more good stuff

i agree no bud around here can even begin to compare to amsterdam, mabye if we lived in BC we could compare, but not here.
