# LHD R33?!?

looks like they modified it the dash is all apart but definetly caught my eye, was like wtf, lhd??!

There is LHD Skylines IIRC. I just don’t remember where they are from. It looks like they converted that one however.

Theres a company in the states that does the conversion. I’m pretty sure this wasnt done by them. Theirs look clean and stock inside but its flip to the left.

anyone know when they can be imported? I’d assume sometime in 2009, and probaly mid to late winter…i’m sure i’m not the only one waiting for one, lol…

most european countries have laws that RHD have to be converted before coming in to LHD…
…there was an artical in SUper Street maybe 3-4months back that had a beautiful R34 LHD with 980HP.

need to have a wastegate with such a big turbo, i call bullshits on 1000hp. I doesnt even sound like its recerculated into exhaust…

yeah… a 1000hp would be an 8 second car easy… and that looked too tame for an 8 second car

You recall incorrectly. Only LHD Skylines are ones that have been converted. UAE is a hotspot to find these cars because their import laws only specify that the car must be LHD. As for the wastegate, you don’t need one… in fact there is a guy in Australia running an 800hp Skyline without a wastegate.
And as for most Euro countries having to convert their RHD to LHD… thats B.S. MAJORITY of Euro countries use RHD anyways, and there are maybe only 2 or 3 that will permit a RHD car to be converted.
