I wouldn’t suggest a USP if its going to be your daily carry, in the winter it’d be fine, but summer time would be a pain.

The P2000 is a perfect carry/range gun, I have both a USP compact and a P2000 and prefer the P2000, it’s similar in size to a Glock 26/27 and not as bulky as a USP. I will be going to the gun show next weekend to possibly buy another gun if I come across a deal, also looking to pick up some more hicap mags.

Sorry about not responding to the grip safety extensions.
I have been informed that my gunsmith can make some custom parts if anyone’s interested and has high grip problems.

yeah, no more XD for me, I’d rather have my Carry gun be almost the same as my range gun, so its similar in feel. Plus theres no grip safety on either of the M&P’s, actually the compact version has one less safety than my full size. Not sure why they did this, but they took out the magazine safety for some reason. I like the magazine safety myself, because if someone trys to get control of my firearm, all i have to do is drop the mag and they cann’t fire it.

I really do not like XD-40s… my friend got killed by one in an accident while taking apart the gun… YES I KNOW it was HIS fault, not the guns, but ever since that… I have not liked them. I dont like the plastic feel of guns… like a Glock, people swear by them, but I really dont care for them. I like my all stainless Sig P239… all metal, nice and solid feel. My other friend had a SW99 with hornady ammo, one of the bullets was fucked up, he fired it, and it blew the side of the gun apart, thank god he was not hurt.

making my own 25 round clips rules!! cut the bottom off of one, and the top off of another.
even though it doesn’t flow with grip that well, it actually feels great. I’ve even carried it. It looks like I got some crazy side boner though.

If you have a bum round it doesn’t matter what gun you put it in, all slides and barrels are metal and it would have did that to any gun. As for the polymer guns, there are many Glock 17’s with over 500,000 rnds fired from them without any frame breakage, that is a very durable material. And even though the frames are polymer they are reinforced with metal for strenght, just helps in weight reduction.

the M&P technically has an all metal frame, it has a metal skeleton, through out the gun, and the plastic is basically a huge grip thats molded around the frame, makes for a nice, light/strong package.

new holster works pretty good, this is definitley a winter only gun for me though, unless i get a shoulder holster.
