# Light the Night Walk

My company, Alion Science and Technology, is participating as a national fundraising team for the annual Light The Night Walk benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. [http://www.lightthenight.org/](http://www.lightthenight.org/)

Laurie and I are part of the Alion Pittsburgh office walk team, which is participating in the local walk at Heinz Field on October 4. The lady leading the Alion Pittsburgh effort has lost two family members to the disease, and one of our coworkers recently passed away from leukemia.
