# Linksys Wireless-N Router

Anyone ever dealt with this router personally? I have read reviews from a few sites and they are very diverse. Some say it overheats and dies. Others say its the greatest thing ever. Then there are the ones who say that it drops connection every five min. This is the router:

I am looking to make my computer and XBOX 360 wireless; If anyone has any suggestions outside of this router aside from the Wireless-N Gigabeat router, please share.

it’s a pile of crap… and do u really need N? to even take advantage of the “benefits” u also need a N adapter. cha-ching.
i prefer Buffalo Or Belkin MIMOs… usually about $59 at bbuy.
Proper setup is key… location and configuration.
AND your xbox360 better not be too far away… cause those adapters suck.

It will at most be one floor up and about 15 feet away. almost directly above the router.

i picked up a DLink wirelessn a few weeks ago. faaaar better signal strength throughout the house vs the ~1 yr old linksys wireless n that failed.
