Wat. The reason it’s linked like that is because the word originally was used for PEOPLE… Like people who say when something is GAY it’s just because it sucks, not having anything to do with homosexuals. The reason it means “sucks” is because it evolved from people thinking gay people “sucked” so by saying something is “gay” associates it with gay people, who “suck”. Explain it away as much as you want, but that’s the only reason why a word that means “happy” morphed into something that means “bad” ---
