Yea, not sure why she isnt working, even if she was a waitress she could pull in probably close to 700 a week cash under the table.

Thanks for the input guys! Yeah, she just got some kind of tutoring job that starts next week. Not many hours, but better than nothing. She just graduated with her masters this spring and has been dedicating most of her time to finding a teaching job.  
I am aware that unregistered vehicles need to be out of sight. Anything is better than what I’m doing now though. No garage, tools here and there…losing track of everything.

How about one that’s up for sale that you can’t inspect, and apparently the occupant has some sort of anger issues?
