Mr Toader worked just fine… It was a support call about a print press that was drifting in color output.

by the time I called him the problem was already resolved which was a good thing because English was obviously not his language of choice.

its “LEave-you” (say quickly, and accentuate the first “E”) – had a waiter on a cruise that had the same name.
