“…we blew the intercooler endtanks off…” He’s a little dramatic don’t we think…looks more like a split from crappy product to me. They blow apart for real on big torque diesel trucks running 60+lbs of boost in compound charged setups and make really big holes in everything else around them at the time. Impressive car none the less. Local as in NYC I assume?? That’s alright…you’ve got Eddie Bellow down there in your neck of the woods running a 1200+RWHP Porsche C2 Turbo with a fully built 3.8L bi turbo setup… At least Eddie Bellow is cool as shit and will talk with anyone all day long 🙂 ---

Yup. that’s him alright. He’s a renowned guy in the Porsche community for just being a great guy, let alone a great builder. He did the same thing with that car for the Texas Mile. Built it, tuned it, then drove the distance with the car to make one run just to pack up an head on home. Shows his confidence in his work 🙂 ---

Based on an article I read in the New York Post awhile back, people say he was reaching well over 200+ in the short (1+? mile) stretch between the toll booth from the Westchester portion of Henry Hudson Bridge southbound (after exit 18) before the fork to go to GWB on the left… And this was about 8 or so years ago. I heard though that Eddie got into some kind of legal trouble over possession of parts with defaced vehicle ID numbers… Is this possibly related to why he fell out of the scene around late '01, only to come back several years later? ---

i have a few pictures of eddie bellos white car, his doors are signed and lamin-xed over above each door handle. im trying to find my camera so i can put the pictures on my computer. the car also has 997 headlights, alng with that 993 wing on the 964 narrow chassis. ---
