I live in an upstairs apartment and my landlord is downstairs. She has this fucking beagle that would never shut the fuck up…evar… After about 5-6 complaints she broke down and bought it this collar that when it barks it shocks the shit out of it…

i am going to try the citronella collar… i wont shock her… and she doesnt mind being squirted… so thats out
