> I went to college with him. Nice guy. Glad he’s doing what he loves, but how serious was his “9-5” and are we talking $25,000 a year job or $125,000 a year? It’s a lot easier to give up one than the other.

I met somebody while on bike trip who was hiking north on the Appalachian Trail that said, “I always have jobs that I could quit.” We thought she sounded pretty neat, but then we realized she was hiking 200 miles/month and to reach Katahdin in Maine by mid October she’d have to increase her mileage by a factor of two. 😑 And was going to risk not hiking the most beautiful part of the trail. ☹ “I always go on long hikes that I don’t complete.”

My great Uncle bought an old School Bus and drove it onto his hunting land and converted it into a makeshift cabin. Way cheaper than a camping trailer.

I do have a 2001 F-450 4x4 ambulance with ~80k on it coming in in about 6 months. It’s got the 7.3L in it. This ones not cheap though, I need about $21,000.00 for it. It’s rare we get 4x4’s in on trade, mostly cutaways.

I’ll also be getting a 2006 or 2007 Chevy Kodiak C4500 6.6L 4x4 ambulance at the end of the year. It’s a tank. I’m guessing I’ll need high 20’s for that one.

What are you looking for, and how much are you looking to spend?
