yeah if youre not gonna run Mac OS theres really no point in paying the apple tax. Spend some of the difference on the 3 year warranty with completecare. I \<3 that warranty. I was drunk and came back with some girl one night junior year of college and my laptop was on my bed, i apparently decided to throw it across the room and smashed the LCD. They had someone out the next day with a new one. Told the repair tech the story and all he asked was how hot she was. :tup:

they dont make a 8 core in macbook pros… they’re having power issues… the battery life poops when they are adding more as per my :snky: source… dont expect to see it anytime soon
also, installing my 4 other operating systems in vms as i type…

oh, I thought they came on the notebooks too. 4 core I assume? either way, nice computer (for an apple :D)
