# Looking for a new garage.

I’m getting fed up with my garage, looking to upgrade.
Anything from 1 bay to 10 (car spaces) is fine, if it’s too small I’ll just keep my current 3 bay for storage and just work out of the new one.
If it’s huge, I’ll get garage mates.
Must have power. Water is a plus but not required.
Not looking for somebody’s backyard.
Anything upto 500$ a month.
Rather stay within 30 minute driving distance of Niskayuna, so Albany if farthest East, Rotterdam is furthest West.

There might be one on Crane Street in Schenectady behind the flea market. I know a guy that rents/rented one there.

If I found a big garage, I know I could fill it with garage mates, it’s the problem of finding one.

There’s that 2 car garage right next to mine. I was going to see if the guy I rent from want’s to rent it out. I know there’s no power in there currently, but I am sure he wouldn’t mind adding some in. I will check to see what the deal is with it. He just keeps some of his crap in there for now.
