If you are going to change jobs, make sure it’s a step up. Not over. You’ll never get anywhere if you keep doing that. Another great tip. Always move up, not off to the side allowing the next guy to pass you by. I spent the last 8 years or so in my It career moving around a little more than I wanted it. Company lost the contract, hated my boss and the place, lost a contract again, now I am in a position that I can stick to so be it I dont literally kill someone in my office or move out of the state. What are you going to school for, if you are attending?
