I would like to find a buying agent realtor specific with the north tonawanda area. I will be a first time home buyer. So maybe a buying agent specialized in 1st time home buying and NT.
I already have a list of houses I want to look at online.
Any info would be of great help. Im looking into getting the ball rolling immediately and im already preapproved

I’m currently using Kim Nemeth, buying and selling. She’s been fantastic. Does mostly north towns.

My mother in law is a real estate agent she works mainly in nt and the surrounding area, she helped us buy our first house last year in the falls but we looked at probably 50 houses in nt, she would be able to take you to all houses on your list plus email you a directory of all houses fitting your criterion on ml exchange, feel free to email her at [cloabr13@aol.com](mailto:cloabr13@aol.com), or call her at 716 773 4123 or 716 553 5787 just let her know that Adam told you to contact her.
