Anybody have any experience with any good glass shops?
(NOT Apple Auto Glass!)
I’m looking to get a new sunroof installed in my s14, as I’ve been driving with wet seats for the last 4 months…

I’ve seen a lot of good work done by Total Auto Glass on kipling north of evans. No clue on prices.

Imperial Auto Glass on Dundas and Mavis. Ive personally worked there.
You’ll never run into nicer people than at this shop.

can these places replace my sunroof? can they replace the rubber AND plastic lining around my sunroof? either of these jobs? lol cuz if so, i’l definately check them out…

i want to change my windshield too. got a star-crack in the centre…and itz not OEM (whoever changed it b4 did a crap job…i can see the moulding/silicon sticking out of my A-pillars).
any idea on how much a nissan oem windshield would cost, also if its possible to use one from a 240sx that is parting out.

yeah, should be. Might be hard to take it out thought, if you don’t know what your doing.

The stock 5 peice window molding from nissan costs 170$ its worth getting becasue if you dont when you use your wipers in the rain with your window cracked …water comes inside it really sucks…trust me i know. lol

i bought one of the pieces from nissan dealership for the windows… not sure what its called anymore but basically its the one piece that the glass is layed on.
I need a front windshield replacement as mine cracked… ☹
There is difference in quality of windows… you can notice it too… some will have bubbles and air… some will get scratched easier… some will have that sparkly anoying dotted shine when driving in the sun, etc… if im replacing it i hope not to get some cheap one with the dotted shine… its very anoying while driving.
