# Looking for a roomate.

My roomates need someone to replace me now that I am leaving. Highland Park house (near the resevoir), close to downtown (10 - 15 min from South Side).

send me an email if anyone is looking for a place…the room availale is massive with a full bathroom. It is on the second floor separate from the other two bed/baths. Phil, its the place that you helped move me into.

223/mo covers rent

Util are about 80 each a month…

off st parking  
wash/dryer in basement but the fuckers are coin op

Huge place though. 3 bed/3bath LR,DR, Extra bedroom for guest room and another extra room i know my roomies want to turn into a bar lounge.
