That rates online merchants. I stumbled on this site that had reviews for websites such as [camerapros.com](http://camerapros.com) and others.

Usually places like yahoo shopping etc. have decent merchant reviews from actual customers.

However finding that specific site might be difficult if its not one of the ones shown.
