I am looking for a car for my project. I am interested in any of the S30 coupe models (240z 260z or 280z, not 2+2). I intend to do an engine swap (ls1) and work on the suspension and brakes so those components are not that important, excepting that a Z that drives would be easier to get home[nha khoa](http://nhakhoanhantam.com)nha khoa Nhân Tâm TpHCM đang từng bước khẳng định uy tín của mình trong lòng khách hàng

Really looking for low rust where possible, and not break the bank. Project car.

You might as well save a bit more and get a car from down south.

@Coldaccord might have the scoop on one.

Rust is pretty much a guarantee on these cars. Mine was from California/Arizona and still needs floor patches. The newer the model (i.e. 280z vs 240z) the heavier they are, and remember cars older than 73 don’t need cats. My dad actually has a 72 240z with 45k he’d probably sell, it’s in primer but no rust, but I’d bet he’d want $4500 for it and wouldn’t want to sell to someone to cut up. These cars complete are starting to have some real value.

Your ur only hope really is to get a motor less car from the south. Check Datsun Parts and Needs on Facebook, and [hybridz.org](http://hybridz.org). And national craigslist.
