Mid-May I’ll be looking for an apartment, but I’m trying to find somewhere that will allow me to pay for short periods of time (like 1 month at a time) rather than a 1 year lease. Anyone have any ideas in the UB area?

I will actually need a room mate come May, but I live down by D’Youville.
