hey guys… im planning on getting myself the bings cat back exaust by the end of the next couple months… but i want to get the headers all the way through to… thinking like hks… hows all that gonna sound with a injen full cold air… ? yes i know… non turbo… learning underpowerd you know… pm me back… and cost wise… how much are HKS headers if they make some… if not… what do you suggest for a KA24… pm me back boys… thanks… pat ---

In my opinion, N/A KA’s with fully opened exhaust sounds very raspy. The only time I have heard one that sounds anything other than horrible was Samson’s Trust DD, which, by the way, was the baddest sounding N/A 4 banger I have ever heard. If you are set on doing it, get 2 full 18" long resonators and put them back to back in the system and don’t go 3", stick to 2.5 or 2.25 with a Magnaflow muffler or something. personally, I would save your money for upgraded suspension parts (as it sounds like you will be tracking) or a wheel or bucket or diff. Exhaust will get you minimal gains until you’re turbo. Hope this helps. ---

hks doesn’t make headers for the ka.get dc sports headers. ---

grab a 3" exhaust, trust me…you’ll need with any future turbo installs or swaps 😉 other than that, learn at your own pace man, suspension will do wonders for the 240’s. I’m LOVING my Koni’s with Tanabe springs, much better handling with neutral characteristics in turns in terms of body lean. Should be grabbing struts bars Front and Rear this month to further enhance the suspension. Good Luck! ---

doesnt sound raspy … its really loud especially when ur powering up towards redline.
