i thought the “Herd about Buffalo” was a one time sorta gig a few years back… IDK.
in any case, google “Herd about buffalo” to find out more about the idols. I think thats what the project was called.

I dont think the person would want a stolen one. They were originally sold for auction at Roswell park, I think they would have some way of tracking them.
