emkay is right.

stick to nicer parts of the city, or vegas. you will get more for your money. not to mention you are closer to every thing. from my place between wherle and cleveland i can get anywhere in 10 min or less.  
the mall 4 min  
parked and drinking my first cup of coffee at the acropolis (on elmwood) in 9 min  
the roycroft in east aurora in just under 13 (yeah, thats more than 10)  
convenience is king
