Here is the problem today though I spoke with someone at the Allegheny Co. Sheriff’s Dept today they said there is no reciprocity agreement between the states of PA, TN, and MS. But they also told me that there was no agreement between PA and AZ and guess what they were wrong. This was proved by AZ DPS.
