It is my understanding that you can keep all your PA paperwork, and buy a gun down there, but I guess you won’t really know until you try to buy one. I am pretty sure you can buy a used handgun there, like we buy used shotguns here, no paperwork at all. Reciprocity seems to be getting better all the time. In Alaska, all you need is a valid driver’s license to carry a concealed weapon.
