long story short getting a divorce and need an apartment asap.

looking in the cheektowaga, depew, or lancaster area. $500-600 area. utilities is not a must but would be nice if included.

There’s a two bedroom unit above mine that’s opening up soon. A family just moved out of there yesterday and it’s gonna need reconditioning but should be ready I’m sure within a month or so. I think rent is around $715 but heat is included. Right off Union near George Urban.

If you dont mind spending a little more check out Idylwood. I moved in here in may and I actually like it a lot. Everything included except electric and internet. They had a move in special when I moved in got my first month rent free and 250 off second month.
