Exterior on both the garage and house need to be painted, garage needs a new tear off roof, gonna need a new furnace and hot water tank, and plenty of other smaller things. Still, I spent the better part of a year searching, and all in all I’m happy with how it turned out. Good things come to those who wait and all that nonsense. Stay tuned for updates and improvements, I’ve got my hands full with this thing. ---
