with the recent new memebers and whatnot . lets make a list of WHO should be in the s/r section or at least who shouldnt be . untill singh handles things in here i cant add or pull a members right to be in here and i have to p/m or call vlad . soooo lets see what needs changes ---

i belive singh and i got it now as far as the mods being in controll " adam and i " for the invites or broomings . if ya know someone that isnt on p/m me and ill handle it ---
