the quickest way is to do it online and pay the expedite/overnight fee ~$40 total

3-5 days

the rub is that the title can only go to the address associated with it

the next quickest way (including ability to change ship to address) is to go to DMV and fill out a form… this only costs $20 and is also 3-5 days I got mine in 5
