whoa whoa whoa, i didnt call anyone. phone call was recieved, i ran it by him, he said the ticket is silly. didnt say anything about penalties for it. just plea guilty to the tires, not guilty to the prudent speed, and see what they offer you… defensive driving is only like 60$ and takes 4 points off worst case, plus 10% insurance reduction
