It does not take brain capacity to tune a car. If it did Big al would not be able to tune a car. Tuning in an acquired knowledge which has basic principals. You tune to said air fuel with in reason and run a safe amount of timing. Howard adds to much fuel when not needed causing cars to not run as well. He also fucked up the emissions on my brothers ss when he tuned it causing it to not be able to be inspected ---

who can do lt1 tuning around here then ???i guess ill have to do pcmforless wit brian herter again and get the software to tune again ,just to touch up the fine areas ---

Tunes are far far more involved than A/F ratio . Seriously. Understanding what your doing also helps, but I would agree…East Side Performance lost their Tuner a few years ago and the shop owner took over…and just began installed previously used programs with similar packages…and lived off that for a few years. The rocket science is trying to do it right and better. Some rockets will explode, some wont. Now come fix my 4wd ! I dunno what happen . ---

either way ECS as of right now is where i will be going. they know the car, they did the install and tune on the NOVI and i know Chris the owner. real good guy and treated me with great respect. ---

yah, burn outs in a VW are sick!!! I’d deffinatly do it!!! Everyone will be impressed w/ the 180hp gti!!! p.s i dont care if you do it, i just think you’ll make your self look like a big idiot like the rest of the ricers trying to be “cool”. Every car there is WAYY faster and has wayyy more power, i guess i just dont see the point, it would be the same as me doing big burn out on a moped in front of a bunch of 1000cc sportbikes, GAY!!! ---
