Tuning in an acquired knowledge which has basic principals. You tune to said air fuel with in reason and run a safe amount of timing. Howard adds to much fuel when not needed causing cars to not run as well. He also fucked up the emissions on my brothers ss when he tuned it causing it to not be able to be inspected Easy there Ceaser, I didn’t equate anything here. Tunes are far far more involved than A/F ratio . Seriously. Understanding what your doing also helps, but I would agree…East Side Performance lost their Tuner a few years ago and the shop owner took over…and just began installed previously used programs with similar packages…and lived off that for a few years. The rocket science is trying to do it right and better. Some rockets will explode, some wont. Now come fix my 4wd !
