I’ll never understand why they don’t simply wait for an opening in traffic and ram these idiots off the road. God forbid you might injure the person running, instead just hang back and wait for her to crash into an innocent person. Then the runner caused the injury, and the cop is in the clear. ---

they should just get a firetruck to drive by in front of her and when she pulls over arrest her, that or put up “Do not enter” signs ahead of her and she will freak out and stop ---
