Yea, I just don’t want to have to drive all the way out there if I have to appear in court though. I’d rather pay the $100.00 fine and be done with it. I’ll give the DA a call and give it a try.

yeah i hear you jason, that is most of the people’s consensus that are in this position with out of state tickets. like i said earlier though, that is exactly what the courts want you to do. good luck on the call to the d.a. let him/ her know how you feel, maybe you will catch a break.
