# LS1 Inlet Elbow

Boy was this problem a pain. 5 weeks ago, I took my RamAir box off to clean the bottom of the box. When i put it back together, I slid the rubber inlet elbow over the throttlebody and clamped it down. I have had the car out about 4 times since then, and through the powerband, the thing ran like a 4banger. I’m wondering WTF. I checked my traction control to make sure the cables were on, no problems there. I thought the clutch might be slipping, haha the clutch has 600 miles on it. Finally, i was going over the car in prep for the Flashlight Drags, i felt up underneath the inlet elbow, and i found that it wasnt on on the bottom, i could slide 2 fingers in between. I loosened the clamp, and put the elbow on all the way. The i kicked my own ass. And took the car out for a drive, and dusted a new charger. Now i’m ready for the drags next week.
