rods are good pistons aren’t the best … and that’s a little more than you can find it for … best price i found was high 12’s ---

I wouldn’t bother with the project myself, just thought it was cool that you could buy the motor, although expensive. Cool just to have the ls7 in your car amybe. I havnt really read up on the ls7 motor much yet, is it a decently engineered motor? ---

14k is definatley not worth that motor. Yeah, it would be cool to say that “I have the LS7 in my ride” but thats about it. For 14k, you can buy a motor, forge everything, SC it and have a bullet proof combo. Stock LS7 is nice, but realisticlly not much can be done to it besides heads and cam…and if anything else needs to eb done, tear it down and rebuild anyways which obviously would cost around 20k afte set and done.
