move to north buff. 10 min from dt and some nice places, different than the west side, and will fit your budget

Ideally thats where I’d like to move to, drove through different places and I like the area seems quieter but still close to everything.

However no For Rent signs out front anywhere, and of course papers/craigslist is worthless in that area.

drive around n.b for 10 minutes, there are for rent signs everywhere.

I dont know where you want to live but theres always apratments for rent up here in amherst bu UB

It really doesn’t matter as long as its a nice place, not super busy with offstreet parking and a garage. So a side street by UB south might be decent. As long as its not a huge apt unit. (Would prefer just a place with an upper/lower apt).

Joe. I drove around but I didn’t really see too many signs. Maybe I was in the wrong area?
