Unrelated to HVAC lighting, I found Luke through numerous recommendations on here. I snapped off a tiny clip that held a fan wire to the mother board of my brand new computer (stupid Chinese shit solders). Would have cost me $400 through the factory but Luke was able to CLEANLY do it in a few minutes time while also fixing a cross threaded screw I wasnt able to seat properly. Guys got skills!
Will most likely be taking my gauge cluster/HVAC stuff to him this winter. Super cool guy, knows his stuff, and does great work!

Yeah, what a bunch of bullshit. Not that it costs that much. But, the design is so…_fragile_…that they hamstring you on replacing the whole board for a $0.30 part.

Gauges are tricky. If they cannot be taken apart easily you night be better off trying to get blue ones. So first thing, can they be taken apart? If they can:
Are they LED or some other lighting?
Is it filtered light?
Etc…
If the gauge can be taken apart, it is LED, and there is no filtering…then yes. I can change them. I would probably want to take a look at them to be sure. Shoot me a PM or email ([luke.lorentz@gmail.com](mailto:luke.lorentz@gmail.com)) with your board name and the mod in the subject.

I’ve fixed more NYSpeed user computers within the last few months than I care to track, but don’t mind doing it. I probably saved the “group” about $5k total in buying new PCs.
PM me if anyone has anything they want me to look at. It always helps if you do a little research to see if there is a “fix” first.

I’m getting out of custom laser designs. The effort to reproduce “sketches” just isn’t worth it for most for a one off piece. It _could_ be done but odds are it would be too pricey.
Would you spend $350+ on just refinishing a custom piece? If so, then we can talk.

What visible colors are you looking for? If I didn’t mention it I can only do White on Black. Any lit coloring would need to be done with the backlighting.

Was great to deal with and did it in about 15 minutes.
