Can someone with a mac see if they can find a way to play this file nativity? The users get this audio file in an email and need to play it on OS X.

why not just convert it to say an .MP3?

Well its for a company that has an all Mac deployment for users. The automated system sends them an email with the voicemail so there is no way to convert it easily since its for end users.
