But as pete says im not going to crack an egg thats unhatched. the fp green was MADE to run at 18-23psi on pump… and LOVES racegas. the ej20 motors will outrev the ej257 thus giving it a “happier” powerband as well… with a PROPER tune on 93pump i can see 335hp/325tq… on cam2/c16 400/400 easy. with a more useable powerband with the 5spd… assuming it doesnt strip the teeth off 3rd gear. ---

Some MAF misconceptions still remain i see… A real MAF can be used at any pressure. Don’t assume your MAF is an actual mass flowmeter either. Some are much cruder than others. Most simply do not have the sensing range for boost, it’s not that they don’t work its just they are optimized for ambient pressure signal to noise ratio. If V.E. is known as a function both engine speed **and** pressure. a Map and engine speed system will work fine. This is how Mitsubishi likes to do it.
