why is it so rusted if its stainless steel? Is it leaking, etc…? I would guess yes… it looks ultra mega rusted from the other end, no more pictures?

I’m not sure how loud it is and as for the rust i beleive it is because when the guy welded on the hangers the points where the hangers meet the exhaust has rusted either way i will get more pictures if anybody is interested.
