On a side note, did you get what number they forwarded it to? That would be the person who took your phone.

or it was just forwarded to a person that someone wanted to mess with?

“oh look! a random phone, and my girlfriend just dumped me! i’m gonna foward this phone to hers, so she gets tons of wrong number calls! i’m clever!”

or something similar to that? who knows. at least you got it fixed

\*72 then 1 the area code then the # to forward calls from that phone, \*73 to disable it FYI

OR cs can do it for you
