ive seen this before.

first idea: try turning off call forwarding. I forget what it is, i think its \*72. Just on the offchance it was set up.

second. Call VZW and explain whats going on. If it sounds like you got a rookie on the other end, call back, as its not worth your time while they figure out who to call.
