While that whole situation seemed a bit tense and ridiculous the kid was on the ground already… I mean was it really necessary to shoot him… really… ? ---

That guy was not on his back when he got shot, he was on his side rolling around, looks like he also had something in his hand. ---

In nys at least, the only way a cop can legally use lethal force is when the perp escalates to using it himself. (or is believed to be about to ect.) ---

This guy was facedown on the ground, **ALREADY IN HANDCUFFS** , and got shot in the back of the head/neck. Cop fucked up, you can see the confusion on his face after he shoots him. ---
