^um its the same guy and same youtube video’s. Interesting enough, on google earth its pretty hard to find his church’s address 😛 If I’m looking right his church is in a strip mall or is built on that vacant lot. Did he go back over and over or something? ---

However, I was also taught that you should probably comply with the cop because he could just as easily decide to take you in for questioning, at which point your car will be towed in and they will have to “inventory” everything in your vehicle… you know, so you can’t say something got lost/stolen. I was pulled over outside Rochester for suspected street racing on the way to BoominGT’s house a while back (I was going the speed limit with my roommate driving his car behind me). The cop kept shining his flashlight into the vehicle and asking if i had guns or drugs, he even called for backup, but at no point entered or searched my vehicle. ---

I like digging up this older threads since this video is my living now Someone in the first two pages said it right, step out of NY and see how life is for us, especially on the southern border. You think 100 miles is “far away” from the border? Where do you think smugglers go once they cross the border? Whoever said “keep patrolling the border,” I welcome you to come patrol a 45 mile stretch of land with minimal ground support at all times. We catch a good portion of our apps well within the interior, just saying… Also, the United States Immigration and Nationality Act of 1995 section 287 gives Federal Agents the right to search any conveyance within 100 air miles of an international boundary. We’re not being thugs or tough guys, we’re doing our job. People like this that bitch and moan go out of their way to try and make us look bad. What happens when we catch someone in a truck going through our checkpoint with ~2000lbs of dope and a set of rifles? Good job? We’re not out to make life for people difficult, let us do our job and carry about your own business. Just because you don’t have anything to hide in your trunk doesn’t mean the four cars behind you don’t as well. Don’t try to micromanage what you have no idea about. We don’t judge and gripe about your job, don’t try to preach to us. ---

Where is the thread with the law professor and officer giving 10 minute speeches. that vid totally changed my view of law enforcement. Anything you say can be used against you. There is no place in law where it mentions that anything you say can be used FOR you. I can’t even watch cops anymore w/o seeing how they bait everyone’s answers. ---
