# Man kept Daughter in basement 24yrs, had 7 kids w/her

Apparently, he told his wife and the authorities that his “missing” daughter kept leaving the children on the doorstep in the middle of the night.

I’m assuming the wife was aware of the situation and either in fear of her husband or in denial or both.
